How does the presentation of the company and establishing contacts take place?

| Estonian Expo Center is a live advertising space where active and courageous promotion representatives introduce the companies taking part in the exhibition. According to the flight schedule there are up to 2 representatives introducing the companies at the same time.

In order for the representatives to have enough knowledge of the companies, the enterprise coming to the exhibition carries out a training where they speak about different products/services of the company, competitive advantages and cooperation partners who the company would like to find through Estonian Expo Center. In addition, the company makes a short introduction of the enterprise on paper as well. We are the representatives of Your company in an international airport.
Below you kind find an overview of the contacts establishing process:
- We ask a businessperson passing Estonian Expo Center to familiarize with the exhibition
- We explain the concept of the exhibition and offer the visitor help with introducing
- While talking to the visitor, it comes out what business field he or she is in and what is his or her connection with Estonia
- Then we examine specific fields or products/services that could be of interest to the visitor
- According to that we present all the exhibitors of the exhibition in detail or direct the visitor according to his or her wish to a specific company´s exposition dealing in his or her sphere of interest.
- We speak in detail about the companies of interest, products,services to the visitor
- During the conversation it appears what are the visitor´s specific interests
- We offer business cards and companies´ promotional material being of interest to the visitor
- We find out whether the person wishes to visit the companies´ homepages by him/herself in order to get more information or wishes the companies of interest to contact him or her via e-mail or telephone in the coming days
- The conversation ends with exchanging contacts with the visitor
How do the visitors´ contacts reach to the company taking part in the exhibition?
If the visitor gives us permission then the visitor´s contact details are entered to Estonian Expo Center database together with the description of the companies, products or services the visitor showed interest in; and such other information that we have gathered while talking to the visitor. The contact will be forwarded to You in 24 hours via e-mail after it has been entered to the database.
